Good morning!!! This week I’ve decided to try a juice cleanse. I’ve done this before and have felt GREAT when I’m done. I have even experienced significant weight loss afterwards.
Today, I’ve prepped for three juices to take with me to work; breakfast, lunch and one snack.
Breakfast (left)
- 6 carrots
- 3 red delicious apples
Snack (middle)
- 2 large Bosc pears
- 1 large bunch of red seedless grapes
Lunch (right)
- 3 cucumbers
- 1 green apple
- 8 kale leaves
I plan on trying to do another juice for dinner, we’ll see how the day goes! Wish me luck!! 🙂

You can find some reasonably priced juicers. The one I use is a Hamilton Beach that cost about $60. We get A LOT of use out of it! We hardly ever buy processed juices anymore!
