This is my take on a similar recipe that I came across while browsing on Pinterest. The idea of the recipe was to mimic hot wings by using cauliflower instead of chicken. While the actual dish is the farthest thing from any real chicken wing, it still proved to be a great spicy side dish on a chilly Sunday!
This dish was so easy to prepare – all you have to do is pick your marinade, wash and break apart your cauliflower, mix and bake! EASY!
You can use any flavor marinade, for this, I used Lawry’s Szechuan Sweet and Sour BBQ. The end result has the right amount of spice without tons of heat.

I love roasting cauliflower and Lawry’s always makes great marinades – looks delish!
