Running late as always I found myself scrambling for a quick and easy breakfast. When figuring out my breakfast my biggest concern is finding something that will keep me satisfied until lunch. This morning I grabbed a banana, an instant oatmeal and a serving each of raw almonds and raw pecans. So GOOD!!
