Had a mad hankering for chocolate and peanut butter today! I decided to try out a smoothie with some bananas that needed to be used along with a light chocolate flavored soy milk. Here’s what I ended up with:
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of light chocolate flavored Silk milk
- 1/2 cup of PB2 powdered peanut butter with cocoa
Add the ice to a blender and crush. Blend in the bananas, milk and peanut butter until smooth.
This made for an awesome treat and totally settled my sweet fix! I can’t wait to try this with other variations of fruit and flavors!!
